Compensation: $8.00 - $16.00 per hour

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is a Fast Casual restaurant that prides itself on High Quality food and High Quality customer service. We are currently seeking a solid and reliable part time to potentially full time Team Member to add to our team in Davenport, Iowa. Capriotti's is a fast-paced environment with a strong customer base. If you are prepared to grow and be part of a fast-paced team with a focus on exceptional QUALITY & SERVICE, we would be thrilled to meet you!

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: You could be speaking directly to the customer. Good listening skills, speaking and communicating calmly, effectively, and in a friendly manner, and patience will be huge assets to this position.
• Time Management Skills: Time management will help you be successful in the team member position. Being timely is necessary. Managing time during prep tasks and customer service preparation will be key to providing quality experiences for our customers.
• Flexibility: You might be asked to work nights, weekends, and extended hours. Having a flexible schedule is key.
• Teamwork: A great team provides a great work environment. We pride ourselves on building a team that works together and towards the common goal of providing a great guest experience. Understanding Capriotti's high standard of food quality and recipes will also help contribute to being a solid team member. We will provide training to help you achieve this goal.

Team Member Qualifications:

• Excellent guest service skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule; could include nights and weekends.

To this day the whole roast turkeys, quality meats & cheeses, and fresh rolls and produce continue to impress our patrons and earn awards across the country.
