This position will manage third‑party service providers and support continuous improvement in workplace security and maintenance programs. Essential Functions Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring. Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units. Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. Provide supervision and guidance to on‑site security personnel as needed. Additional Responsibilities Update SOPs as required and review weekly cost. Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security‑related matters. Perform other duties as required. Skills and Abilities Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, required. Assumes personal responsibility for actions, required. Qualifications ​Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Preferred. Three (3) years to five (5) years or more of experience in security operations (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred), required. Microsoft Office and PowerBI Intermediate, required. Security software (Lenel/Milestone) Intermediate, preferred.
