PURPOSE & IMPACTThe Corporate Communications Specialist develops and executes clear, engaging communications that connect employees to the business, strengthen the company brand, and support corporate priorities. The role creates internal, executive, social, event, and marketing content and helps ensure communications are accurate, timely, audience-appropriate, and professionally delivered.This position is built for a proactive communications professional who takes ownership, moves work forward with limited direction, and maintains exceptional attention to detail while managing a fast-moving workload. The role partners across functions and levels, contributes ideas that improve employee engagement and communications effectiveness, and is expected to grow in judgment, independence, and strategic capability over time.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.2-4 years of professional experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, social media, marketing communications, or a related field.Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention-to-detail skills, with demonstrated ability to produce polished work under deadline.Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage multiple assignments independently, solve problems, follow through, and deliver work quickly without sacrificing quality.Experience developing content for multiple audiences and channels, including employee communications and corporate social media.Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, creative partners, technical teams, business stakeholders, and employees at different levels and locations.Proficiency with Microsoft 365; working knowledge of Canva, social publishing tools, approved AI tools, or similar technologies is beneficial.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in energy, oilfield services, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, technology, or another technical business environment.Experience supporting executive communications, companywide employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, or integrated campaigns.Experience managing social media content calendars, publishing workflows, basic analytics, and creative briefs.Demonstrated progression in responsibility, strong professional judgment, and potential to grow into broader communications strategy or leadership responsibilities.#LI-TM007Work Authorization Requirement:Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
