Job Opportunity: PHP/IOP Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to join our team in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Key Responsibilities

The selected physician will:

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations.
• Manage and prescribe medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Support patient stability and recovery through comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation policies. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
