Home Health RN Shift Nursing - Bangor, ME

PART- TIME POSITION - RN Shift Nursing (OPEN) Location - Lincoln, Booth Bay - 29.5hrs/weekly available! Pay Rate - $37- $40 hourly ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SUCH AS MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, AND RETIREMENT 401 (K). Nurse Responsibilities & Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor vital signs and health indicators regularly Provide wound care and dressing changes Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding Develop and implement individualized care plans Coordinate with healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families about health conditions and care strategies Document patient progress and update medical records Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families Manage pain and symptoms for patients with chronic or terminal conditions Supervise home health aides and other support staff Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patient care Use medical equipment and technology efficiently and safely Qualification- Minimal 2 years of experience Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher BSN, Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred. Certification in specialized areas of nursing (e.g., geriatrics, pediatrics) Previous experience in home healthcare or private duty nursing Advanced training in critical care or emergency response STRESS-FREE LEADERSHIP!
