This restaurant is locally owned and operated by Julian Good, who started as a team member selling chicken sandwiches on the front counter of neighboring CFA Batavia. Julian is dedicated to nurturing the growth of team members, the St. Charles community, and the Chick-fil-A brand. Our Back of House Team Members, or BOH TMs, are the heart of our restaurant and are entrusted with all food preparation from washing and chopping lettuce for our salads to frying our Waffle Potato Fries. We're looking for people who prioritize food safety and food quality, while trying to serve our customers as quickly as possible. No prior experience or education is required for the role. Requirements include being 16 years and older and being able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds in weight.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
