What You’ll DoAs a server at Little Italy, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome. - Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly. - Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our delicious Italian dishes. - Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest. - Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for someone who loves working with people and has a passion for great service. Here’s what we need from you: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Must be 18 years or older to serve, or at least 16 years old for other positions (due to ABC license requirements). - Strong communication and multitasking skills. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. - Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
