Per Diem Registered Nurse - Home Care

JOB SUMMARY

Hourly Rate Range: $35.68 - $42.97 per hour When determining a base salary or hourly rate, several factors may be considered as applicable such as years of relevant experience, education, credentials. Home Care Options (A Christian Health Service) has served the community since 1954. The mission of Home Care Options is to respond to the expanding and evolving in-home needs of Northern NJ residents by delivering a continuum of care for clients and families. Clinical excellence and patient satisfaction are our highest priorities. Per Diem RN needed to cover Bergen and Passaic Counties as a Field Nurse Supervisor, performing initial case assessments & caregiver clinical supervisions. Hours : Weekday (after hours) and weekends as needed.
