Supervisory Housing Management Specialist
US Department of War
Job Duties
Resolves installation, local community, state and private sector official issues in support of the on-post and off-post housing and centralized barracks management programs.
Provides oversight for major construction and execution of the Community Development Management Plan (CDMP).
Develops overall housing management plans for non privatized housing functions.
Provides instructions and guidance on changes in regulations, policies, procedures, and determines priorities.
Approves input to annual work plans and long-range construction plans.
Assigns functions to key subordinates, assists them with major problems, and reviews their personnel management actions and recommendations.
Determines the best approach or solution for resolving budget shortages.
