Job Description

LaborMax Staffing is seeking qualified Banquet Servers to join our catering team on an as-needed basis. These servers will support banquet managers by assisting at a variety of events including social gatherings, corporate functions, weddings, and private parties. This role offers flexible opportunities to supplement income with potential temp-to-hire positions for those demonstrating strong work ethic and professionalism. Candidates will work within a large catering team and may travel occasionally between local event sites.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service and positive customer interaction
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Maintain clean and orderly tables throughout events
Comply with professional attire guidelines
Support banquet managers and team members as needed
Travel locally between event locations when required

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality and banquet serving

Preferred Qualifications

Strong customer service skills
Experience with food and beverage serving
Knowledge of event setup procedures
Effective communication and time management
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and a professional appearance
