Role Overview: This position involves leading high-quality neurological and spine care in an inpatient ICU setting, ensuring immediate intervention during critical patient changes. Responsibilities: Coordinate multidisciplinary care to enhance patient recovery, execute treatment plans with precision, communicate real-time updates to the healthcare team and families, and manage discharge planning for a safe transition. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing, BLS certification within one month, and preferred ACLS certification. Critical care experience is desired. Skills & Focus: Strong communication, clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
