Occupational Therapist Opportunity

This onsite role serves a middle school population, with the potential for additional site involvement during periods of overlap. Collaborate with a supportive team to provide high-quality occupational therapy interventions, assessments, and consultations, making a real difference every day.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEPs, evaluations, and service delivery within educational environments
• Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care
• Flexibility to support multiple school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to middle school students under IEPs and 504 plans
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress through formal and informal evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design individualized intervention plans
• Contribute to IEP meetings and report writing
• Adapt and modify classroom materials and environments to optimize student participation
• Provide training and recommendations to staff and caregivers for student support
• Travel between school sites may be required if an additional site is assigned
