Lead Infant Teacher – Founding Teaching Team Location: The Learning Experience – Gaithersburg, MD Pay: $17–$20 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday The Learning Experience – Gaithersburg is seeking a caring and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our opening team. This role supports children during their earliest stages of development by creating a calm, responsive classroom environment that encourages bonding, sensory exploration, and early communication. As part of a new center opening, this position offers the opportunity to help shape classroom culture and establish strong routines from day one.
