You’ll be: Conducting incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and legal requirements Monitoring production processes to identify and resolve material, component, and assembly quality deviations in a timely manner Opening, documenting, and following up on non-conformities, maintaining accurate inspection and quality records Supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production and engineering teams Communicating with suppliers regarding quality issues and participating in internal/external audits Operating and interpreting measuring and inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and electronic measuring tools Providing technical guidance and quality-related training to production teams Upholding and promoting a strong safety culture by adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in a technical field preferred) Bring 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing quality control (wind turbine manufacturing experience a plus) Possess solid knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM) Are familiar with electrical or mechanical systems and can read technical schematics Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Understand and are committed to maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations Have working proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ISO 9000:2000 Quality Systems (preferred) Are adaptable, responsible, and able to work independently while demonstrating strong leadership skills What Happens Next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
