About Ye Law Firm
At The Ye Law Firm, we exist because our clients' catastrophic injuries are personal to us, and we are committed to ensuring they receive justice. We are an established and growing plaintiff personal injury firm serving the Pacific Northwest, dedicated to exceptional advocacy, operational excellence, and unwavering client service. As we grow, we remain deeply rooted in a culture of stewardship, truth, service, accountability, and respect for the dignity of every person. Every team member plays an essential role in protecting our culture and delivering extraordinary results for our clients.
This role is designed for an experienced litigator who is ready to assume primary responsibility for complex catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation while partnering with firm leadership to continue raising the standard of excellence in our practice.
You will join an active litigation practice handling complex catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. This role is ideal for an experienced litigator seeking greater autonomy, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to help strengthen an established and growing plaintiff personal injury practice. You will independently manage significant litigation matters from assignment through resolution. This work demands exceptional preparation, sound judgment, strategic advocacy, and genuine compassion.
This position is intended for an attorney who is comfortable exercising independent judgment, leading complex litigation with minimal supervision, and serving as a trusted resource for clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate sees the person behind the file. We believe exceptional advocacy begins with understanding each client's story and standing beside them through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. If you believe every client deserves to be fully seen, fully understood, and fully represented, we would welcome a conversation.
