Position Overview

We are hiring entry-level Sales Representatives who are ready to learn, grow, and earn.

No experience? No problem.

This role is designed for individuals who are hungry, coachable, and willing to put in the work .

You'll gain hands-on experience in direct sales, communication, and personal development - while earning based on your performance.
What You'll D o

Knock doors in residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners
Present services and communicate value clearly
Build rapport and handle basic objections
Learn how to generate and close your own deals
Participate in daily training, coaching, and team development
Track your activity and improve your performance consistently
