Our Pool Maintenance Technicians are held to a high standard here at Blue Science. In this customer-facing role, you will be servicing and maintaining pools, inspecting equipment, and managing customer expectations daily. In return, Blue Science will provide you with a company truck to drive on your routes ( valid driver’s license required ), gas card (all gas paid), and excellent career growth opportunities!

This position will be based in our growing Miami or Fort Lauderdale area and its surrounding regions.

Job Description

• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance on clients’ pools by skimming, vacuuming, and brushing walls and steps.
• Maintain and clean pool filters.
• Adjust, maintain, and regularly test water to ensure proper chemistry.
• Consistently inspect pool and equipment
• Resolve client or customer concerns and provide excellent customer care.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outside year-round in a variety of conditions.
• Pool maintenance preferred, not required
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record required .

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma / GED (preferred but not required).

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday with weekend / Saturday opportunity!

Job Type: Full-time

Production Pay Range: $420 - $760 per week

Bonus Structure:

• $1,000 bonus after 90 days of satisfactory performance
• Additional $1,000 bonus after 180 days of continued satisfactory performance

Working hours are Monday - Friday. Start time is 7am. Ending time averages around 5pm or until route is complete. Occasional Saturdays depending on the time of year and holidays.
