Business Development Representative (Healthcare Marketing) Location: Scottsdale, AZ We're partnering with a healthcare marketing organization that is looking to add a Business Development Representatives to its sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll focus on outbound business development, qualifying inbound opportunities, and introducing healthcare organizations to marketing solutions. What You’ll Do Prospect new business through cold calls, emails, and CRM-driven outreach. Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within hospitals, healthcare systems, recruitment firms, and healthcare marketing teams. Qualify inbound leads and conduct introductory discovery calls. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. Meet daily outreach goals while building relationships with prospective clients. What We’re Looking For 1+ years of business development, inside sales, SDR/BDR, or other customer-facing sales experience. Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional phone presence and excellent written communication. Detail-oriented, coachable, and motivated by goals. Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 is a plus). Healthcare, healthcare recruiting, digital marketing, or marketing services experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr IMPACT Technology Recruiting
