Job Title: Automation Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay:$60-65/hr on W2

Skills: Rockwell PLC, Emerson DeltaV DCS, process control strategy design, DeltaV configuration, batch automation, control modules, equipment modules, recipes, HMI graphics, historian and OSI PI integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, instrumentation, industrial networks, process simulation, and technical documentation.

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with strong Rockwell PLC and Emerson DeltaV DCS experience to support process automation projects, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement process control strategies using Rockwell PLCs and DeltaV DCS.
Configure and test DeltaV control modules, equipment modules, batch strategies, recipes, graphics, and trends.
Develop system design documentation for continuous and batch processes.
Support FAT/SAT, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Configure DeltaV Historian, OSI PI integration, wireless field networks, and process simulations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and instrumentation systems.
Support project estimation, proposals, scheduling, and project execution.
Work independently at customer sites as required.
