We'd love to hear your story.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to litigationDepending on experience, ranges from handling pre-suit responsibilities to performing senior attorney duties once the claim files suitDrafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandumGuide clients through the case processInteraction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavitsAttendance and preparation at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearancesQualificationsLaw degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing of the bar of the state in which based/to which applyingExperience with wage and hour claims is a plusAbility to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation casesExcellent client service and communication skillsSelf-starter driven by long-term career goalsSalary Range$85,000 - $500,000 USD#LI-JL1BenefitsMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
