Lead Sales Specialist We are seeking a Lead Sales Specialist for a high‑growth opportunity to expand our sales department at our downtown location. This role focuses on outbound B2B prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings between customers and our sales team. Responsibilities Develop new business via telephone and mass communications, introducing Lakeshore Sport & Fitness solutions and identifying decision‑makers within specific target markets. Proactively contact B2B prospects. Conduct needs analysis to discover prospects’ pain points and explain how our solutions address those needs. Build and cultivate prospect relationships to move opportunities through the sales funnel. Enter and update lead data in our CRM database. Collaborate with the sales team on new and projective lead pipeline activity weekly. Conduct investigative research on target companies and different verticals. Deliver weekly reports on call activity, lead, and opportunity generation. Qualifications 2+ years of lead generation, sales prospecting, or sales experience preferred; motivated individuals starting a new sales career are also welcome. Exceptional phone communication skills and a thick skin, with a sense of urgency. Task‑oriented with strong note‑taking skills and efficient data entry into our CRM.
