Distribution Center Associate

RaceTrac Company Overview The Distribution Center Associate supports the daily functions of the RaceTrac warehouse, ensuring quality orders are processed and shipped to designated locations on time. The role requires working until the end of shift to load all product onto trucks safely and efficiently. Weekends and holidays are required to fulfill store orders. The position involves working in environments with temperature and humidity variations, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas up to -8 degrees. What You'll Do Use WMS unit technology to pick product in various warehouse environments. Stack product on pallets according to proper procedures. Operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift to transport product. Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including pallet jack, WMS unit technology, and personal protective equipment. Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of mechanical equipment. Code date product(s). Clean the warehouse and associated equipment. Stage product in designated locations for shipping. Load product from designated locations onto delivery trucks. Label totes with routing information. Shrink‑wrap product onto pallets. Bale cardboard and dispose of garbage. Sort totes and trays. Adhere to all safety regulations, including food and warehouse safety regulations, and report unsafe conditions to management immediately. Lift up to 75 pounds and reach up to 72 inches repeatedly while operating a pallet jack or forklift, retrieving items from lower shelf areas. Work in cold environments up to -8 degrees for an entire shift. Maintain a constant, rapid pace throughout the shift in a fast‑paced environment. Work a flexible schedule, including varying start/finish times, weekends, and holidays. What We're Looking For • 1+ years of professional experience (preferred).

• Knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Skills: organization, priority setting, time management, and customer service.
