Position Details Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Requirements Active RN license Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS & ACLS certification At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting Other requirements to be determined by the client facility Responsibilities Manage care of adult patients experiencing life‑threatening problems requiring complex assessment and high‑intensity therapies. Provide patient care, education, and support to the patient’s family. Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes. Observe vital signs and assess for signs of distress. Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed. Maintain meticulous documentation of medication administration. Assist in emergency nursing procedures to promptly control changes in a patient’s condition. Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively.
