Water Regulations Technical CoordinatorCirca £10,474 dependent on skills and experience - based on 15 hours a weekPermanent, part-time - 15 hours, 2 days per week or spread over 3 daysNorwich - Hybrid workingDive into a world of opportunity and join our team!We are looking for a Water Regulations Technical Coordinator to join our Water Regulations team on a part-time basis.You will support the delivery of Anglian Water Fittings Regulation Compliance, within the Anglian Water region, through effective administration of the Water Regulations team.This role is responsible for administering day to day correspondence e.g. letters and emails within specified service levels. You will maintain the Water Regulations database to ensure details are accurate and current in respect to inspections undertaken, contact details, and correspondence.Key responsibilitiesProvide a telephone support service to Water Regulations Engineers and Industrial / Commercial customersMonitor the Water Regulations team mailboxAdminister approval of Regulation 5 Drawings through the EngineersBook appointments with customers for Engineers and re-inspectionsCompile Inspection reports and send to customers whilst remaining compliant with Market ReformChase customers for completion of remedial worksLiaise with other Technical Coordinators to ensure that inspections are booked in and carried out on the Anglian Water sitesDrive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety, ensuring consistent standards are maintainedWe invest in our people - as a valued employee, you'll be entitled to:Personal private health careGenerous double match pension - contribute 7% and Anglian Water will contribute 14%, giving a total contribution of 21%24-hour Virtual GP service for you and your household25 days annual leave - rising with length of service and the ability to buy moreLife assurance (up to 8 x salary)Personal accident cover (up to 5 x salary)Excellent family friendly policies, such as 26 weeks full pay for maternity / adoption leave, as well as 4 weeks paid paternity / partner leave.
