Senior Capital Markets Attorney—Private Placements & Capital Raising Salary: $225,000 - $250,000 per year Our client is a multi‑office firm advising businesses and sponsors on corporate finance and strategic transactions. This company supports sophisticated deal work while maintaining a flexible, entrepreneurial culture that values efficiency and practical guidance. This is a high‑impact role for a senior attorney who can independently run private placement and capital‑raising transactions. You’ll have the opportunity to help grow a strategically important practice area, collaborate with corporate and securities colleagues, and work across industries and deal types. Requirements Deep experience with private placements and capital raising, including drafting/negotiating PPMs, subscription documents, and investor disclosure materials Structuring private and (where applicable) public raises Advising on securities compliance considerations and risk disclosures Ability to independently manage transactions, timelines, and client relationships Strong drafting and issue‑spotting skills with a practical business mindset Jurisdictional bar flexibility depending on office; must be licensed and in good standing Small portable book welcome, not required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
