What Youll Bring:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans in school or pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families
• Ability to take detailed behavior data and follow established protocols
• Dedication to maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional demeanor

Your Role:

• Deliver one-on-one behavior intervention to students as directed by supervising BCBA or qualified staff
• Implement individualized behavior plans consistently and accurately in classroom settings
• Record and report data on student progress and behavioral incidents
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families for effective plan execution
• Assist in modifying interventions based on data and team feedback
• Support a safe, structured environment for learning and skill development
