Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality rehab for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatments to improve mobility, safety, and independence, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional mobility. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress in the EMR, and educate patients and caregivers.
