Get on Our Radar for Future Opportunities

Phoenix Tailings is building the domestic rare earth supply chain needed to power modern technology, strengthen American manufacturing, and support a more secure future. As we grow, we are looking for talented people across engineering, science, operations, skilled trades, and business functions who want to help build something that matters.

This general application is less about having a perfectly polished resume and more about how you think, work, and solve problems. A few questions will ask you to share a short example or story. Answer them in your own words. Specific and genuine is always better than polished.

We read every application. When a role opens that matches you, we'll reach out. That could be next week or next quarter. You're also welcome to apply directly to any open role at the same time.

You are also encouraged to apply directly to any current opening that interests you. Submitting a general application will not prevent you from being considered for other roles at Phoenix Tailings.

We offer a competitive compensation package based on expertise, including healthcare coverage (100% medical, dental, and vision), stock ownership, parental leave, flexible vacation policy, learning and development opportunities, and a great team culture that values making a difference and encourages results-focused work. At Phoenix Tailings, we have an open culture that values learning and growth, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who share our vision of sustainable mining.

Phoenix Tailings, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we value diversity at all levels. All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other applicable protected characteristics. These characteristics will not be a factor for consideration of any work-related decisions, including but not limited to hiring, firing, compensation, and discipline.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
