Specialty: Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/06/2026 Duration: 6 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Pediatric Emergency Department Registered Nurse (Pediatric ED RN) The Pediatric ED RN provides rapid assessment, stabilization, and ongoing care to infants, children, and adolescents in a high acuity emergency setting. This is a hospital based role with anticipated start dates of either 1/6 or 1/21. Responsibilities Triage and assess pediatric patients, prioritize care based on acuity, and respond quickly to changes in condition Initiate and manage pediatric ED protocols including IV access, medications, fluids, labs, imaging, and respiratory support Collaborate with providers and the care team, educate and support families, and document all care accurately in the EMR Requirements Active RN license in the state of practice or compact Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric emergency or combined ED pediatric experience Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
