Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting is preferred. Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
