Job Description

Build and manage a portfolio of clients. Win new business through targeted outreach and lead generation across your area. Own the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement. Manage and grow your own network of candidates and clients, both new and existing. Source, screen and assess candidates using a range of online tools and platforms. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver hiring solutions that last. Run structured interviews to assess experience, capability and motivation. Lead contract and fee negotiations with potential clients.

The Successful Applicant

Experience prospecting and developing new business. A proven ability to close deals and deliver against targets. A track record of meeting or exceeding objectives. Motivation to build a long?term career in sales and recruitment. A BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience. A coachable, adaptable approach and a genuine curiosity about people and business.
