HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER – MASS TIMBER | PORTLAND, OR I’m currently representing that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager with proven Mass Timber experience to their growing team in the Portland/West Linn area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of high-quality commercial construction projects while joining an established company with a strong reputation for innovation, integrity and continuous improvement. THE ROLE You’ll be responsible for taking projects from pre-construction through completion, including: Project planning, scheduling & budgeting Reviewing drawings, specifications & contracts Client, architect & stakeholder management Identifying and resolving project risks Keeping projects on schedule and within budget WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR Mass Timber experience is essential. Ideally, you’ll have: 5+ years of construction Project Management experience Strong understanding of construction methods & project delivery Experience managing budgets, schedules and subcontractors Strong communication and leadership skills Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree preferred Competitive compensation + excellent career progression The client is confidential at this stage.
