Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their team. The position involves providing direct clinical services, case management, documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support participants in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Provide individual and group counseling services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment or service plans
• Coordinate referrals to internal and external support services
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision
• Uphold professional ethics and appropriate boundaries
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current Ohio licensure or license-eligibility required, including LSW, LPC, LPCC, LISW, or equivalent
• Experience working with justice-impacted individuals, youth, families, or community-based populations preferred
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a mental health center, children's services, court system, or prison system
• Experience working with black and brown communities preferred
• Active NPI number and Medicaid billing number preferred

Skills

• Knowledge of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive practices
• Comfortable working independently in a fluid, non-rigid environment

Additional Requirements

• Flexible schedule based on patient availability, with some evenings or occasional weekends
