Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at North Beach Rehabilitation Center in North Miami Beach, Florida. As a full‑time SLP, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their communication skills and independence. Our center is committed to providing high‑quality rehabilitation and skilled nursing care to our patients, and we are looking for a talented professional to join our team. Compensation Pay: $55.00 per hour. Sign‑On Bonus: $4,000.00. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and cognitive disorders Provide one‑on‑one and group therapy sessions to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy Conduct assessments and screenings to identify patients' communication needs and goals Utilize evidence-based practices and technologies to improve patient outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in patient care conferences and staff meetings to stay updated on patient progress and share knowledge and best practices with colleagues Requirements Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program Fluency in English (written and spoken) Current certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet patient needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer $55.00 per hour Comprehensive benefit package Opportunity to work with a dedicated and compassionate team State‑of‑the‑art facilities and equipment Flexible scheduling and collaborative work environment How to Apply We encourage you to apply for this full‑time position.
