Job TitleManage expense allocations and payments across complex corporate and fund structuresAssist in review of monthly NAV packages produced by the Fund AdministratorPrepare and review monthly management fee calculations, incentive fee calculations, and capital roll forwardsCoordinate the monthly close of corporate entities by posting journal entries and performing reconciliations in the management company accounting systemPrepare and review monthly cash reconciliationsAssist in quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statement preparation, in coordination with fund administratorAssist in preparation of quarterly board packages and reportingAssist in ad hoc requests and special projects
