Client Service Representative

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Client Service Representative will build client relationships, fulfill requests, and provide excellent customer service while working Monday through Friday during designated hours. Key responsibilities: Build relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically Organize workflow to meet customer time frames and demands Required qualifications: Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask Salesforce experience is a plus
