Assistant Pool Manager Assist in managing pool operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of lifeguard experience At least 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent Lifeguard and WSI Certification CPO or AFO required within 6 months of hire Must be able to work evenings and weekends Certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding/FirstAid and CPR/AED for the Lifeguard Preferred Qualifications Experience as a pool/assistant pool manager Hours 40 hours/week Salary $43,012 - $51,533 (experience based) Benefits Medical, dental, life, vision, AD&D, long-term disability, supplemental coverages, flexible savings account, EAP, and paid time‑off benefits.
