Position Overview The Restaurant General Manager will lead a two-outlet platform consisting of: A flagship, dinner-driven concept with elevated pricing, refined execution, and a strong focus on product quality and technique This role requires a leader who can seamlessly balance precision-driven, high-touch service with efficient, high-volume execution , while maintaining consistent brand standards across both environments.
