Location: Fort Yates, ND/McLaughlin, SD (wherever coverage is needed at the time credentialing is complete) Dates coverage is needed: asap - 3 months with option to extend (flexible on length) Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p Call Requirements: None % inpatient / % outpatient: Outpatient only Patient Volume: 6-8 patients per day average Patient Ages: all ages, majority adults Types of Cases: General Dentist, no major procedures required, only procedures Dentist is comfortable with, minor extractions required Support Staff: yes - (2 Dental Assist., searching for Dental Hygienist) Procedures Required: None Type of Charting: EMR - Dentrix Requirements: BLS (through American Heart), DEA (fee paid, schedules 2-5) Reason for Need: staff shortage Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks on average Additional Info: *** any State License *** Must be able to provide work history with contacts for each assignment to do work verifications Must be able to provide 3 professional references from within the last year Rate Recommendation: $115/hour plus travel and lodging or hourly travel stipend Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $110 - $115 Hourly
