Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2220 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Symmetry Workforce Solutions - Jefferson Health Program.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Cardiac telemetry experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Patient ratios: 1:5 days, 1:6 nights.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every 3rd weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun). - 1 holiday required. - No on-call required.

Floating Requirements: - Traveler required to float to like units and will not float outside their scope.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
