The Company is seeking a Vice President of Underwriting to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the underwriting function, ensuring it is in line with business goals and risk management objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in underwriting strategy, team leadership, and collaboration across organizational levels. Key responsibilities include leading the underwriting process for health plans, reviewing complex medical applications, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The VP will also be tasked with developing and maintaining underwriting guidelines, establishing pricing models, and partnering with actuarial and sales teams to support growth initiatives. Candidates for the Vice President of Underwriting position at the company should have a strong commitment to the organization's mission and values, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
