Electrical Maintenance Technician III

Job Description: This position supports field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air conditioning and motor maintenance. The role involves planning and executing scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize impact on production and maximize operational availability. This position typically reports to a supervisor. Responsibilities Work with vendors and sub-contractors as required Comply with requirements of MOC for Plant Modifications Apply skills and knowledge in a practical and efficient manner and continually look for opportunities for improvement, cost saving and simplification Comply with and promote high SSHE standards and demonstrate responsibility for the safety of self and others minimizing impact on production, and maximizing operational availability Employ Observation Safety Techniques (OST) to report safe and unsafe acts Actively participate in a responsible waste management system Attend and participate in the Operations morning shift meeting Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in a closely related position, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs A valid/current Texas journeyman's or Master Electrician's license is required for this role Powerline/Powerline builds experience Oil Field electrical experience preferred Role Details Location: Big Lake, Texas Schedule: 5/2 Pay: $65/ Hr Additional Info: Truck, Tools and Starlink provided #J-18808-Ljbffr RigUp
