Private Credit Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Private Credit Associate to join its Private Credit Department in Dallas, Texas. Handle a variety of financing transactions, including cash flow deals and acquisitions. Participate in leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Engage in asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in private credit/finance at a recognized law firm. Demonstrated lending experience; borrower-side exposure preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
