A large healthcare organization is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a 3 month contract to support patients and members through inbound phone calls. This role focuses on Tier 1 support, assisting with general inquiries, scheduling, and basic issue resolution.Candidates will complete a two-week onsite training in Orlando before transitioning to a fully remote environment. This is a high-volume, fast-paced call center setting requiring professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients and customers
• Provide Tier 1 support by resolving basic inquiries and escalating when needed
• Assist with appointment scheduling, account questions, and general support
• Document all interactions accurately within internal systems
• Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive healthcare-related calls
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and attendance
• Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers in real time

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call environment

Compensation:

$19/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
