Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity.Essential responsibilities and duties include:Operate excavators and fork lifts, as well as other equipmentDevelop an understanding of DOT, EPA & OSHA regulations and TEI's Health and Safety PracticesUnderstand and execute all required paperworkRoutinely perform pre- and post-use inspectionsStabilize and solidify EPA listed hazardous waste for disposalProcess waste materials per landfill, waste to energy and recycle specificationsWork with various stabilization and treatment reagentsMaintain facility to meet/exceed permit requirementsAssist Facility Manager as requestedMaintain good attendanceQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredCommercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not requiredA minimum of 1-2 years experience operating excavators, as well as other equipmentBasic knowledge of, or interest in, hazardous waste fieldSelf-motivation with the desire to learnMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorshipMust have a reliable form of transportationMust be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company's commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environmentMust be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basisAbility to work overtime on a regular basisMust be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)Must be able to report to designated office within 1 hour during Emergency Response rotating shiftsThe (Position Title) frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment.
