You’ll Receive 4-6 weeks of structured onboarding and training Ongoing coaching and mentorshipProduct and industry education Sales skills development Continuous performance feedback designed to help you improve Tools & Resources Orion Sales Playbook Microsoft Business Central CRM Lead generation resources Product expertise and sales support Dedicated leadership support What You’ll Do Develop new dealer relationships through outbound prospecting Grow existing customer accounts Make 80-100 outbound calls per day Identify customer needs and provide solutions Build trust and long-term partnerships Process orders accurately and efficiently Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and industry trends Participate in daily team meetings and coaching sessions What Makes Someone Successful Here?
