Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Albuquerque, NM Join Matrix Providers as a full‑time Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving military service members and families. This position follows a collective bargaining agreement and offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment. Compensation & Schedule Full‑time employment Hourly rate: $43.27 / $45.55 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Accrued Paid Time Off Paid holidays (Outlined in Handbook) 401(k) plan Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE‑accredited program Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Experience sufficient to meet clinical competency requirements as specified in service‑specific credentialing instructions Core Duties Coordinate referrals to community and government agencies. Assess psychosocial functioning of patients and families; develop and implement treatment plans. Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment to diverse individuals. Apply medical and mental health knowledge, including diagnoses, medications, and terminology. Implement treatment modalities for individuals, families, and groups. Provide counseling/psychotherapy within licensure limits. Consult staff on psychosocial needs impacting health care and treatment compliance.
