ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in October 2023 and is a growing team with exciting opportunities ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent seven years as a team member, building a strong foundation in customer service and operations.

I’m a Clemson University graduate, a longtime resident of the Upstate, and have been married for 13 years with two sons and two dogs. My family and I enjoy camping and spending time outdoors.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Michael Strawhorn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
