As a Kitchen Associate , you’ll play a key role in preparing fresh food, maintaining a safe and clean kitchen, and supporting a fast-paced food service operation. Why You’ll Love Working Here Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (full-time team members) 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays DailyPay option (access your earnings anytime) Career growth and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards Ensure food is fresh, properly portioned, and visually appealing Monitor food temperatures and maintain proper food safety procedures Maintain food prep stations stocked, organized, and ready for service Cleanliness & Food Safety Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety guidelines Keep kitchen equipment, workstations, and food prep areas clean and sanitized Properly store and label food items and rotate inventory to maintain freshness Guest Experience Work efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and service Communicate with store team members to support smooth operations Provide friendly interactions with guests when needed Team Support Assist with receiving and stocking kitchen inventory Support other team members during busy periods Maintain a positive, team-first attitude in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation required Must pass a pre-employment background check Be part of a company that values its people, invests in its communities, and is committed to delivering fresh food and exceptional service every day .
