You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems are not only effective but also resilient in the face of evolving threats. Key responsibilities include:Cybersecurity Design & Implementation: Support the decomposition of Statements of Work (SOW) into actionable, cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Design and oversee the implementation of critical cybersecurity capabilities. Collaboration & Strategy Development: Work with internal and external teams to enhance Cyber Resiliency across a portfolio of Owego programs.Cybersecurity Leadership: Lead the effort to streamline the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and accelerate Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals.Security Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the development of cybersecurity artifacts, ensuring compliance with industry standards like NIST 800-53. Lead efforts to achieve and maintain ATO for systems and technologies.Please note: This position requires ability to maintain a government DoD SECRET level clearance.This position is onsite in Owego, NY. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
